IQC:
Inspect the material, accessories quality.
Make sure the material follow the standard of our factory.
Atomic absorption spectrophotometer—Measurable elements: Mn, Ca, Ni, Na and Fe
Laser particle sizer analysis instrument—Test particle distribution of anode and cathode material
QA:
Base on IEC standard and customer's requirement
to control the battery quality for customer.
OQC:
Check the quality before shipping lot by lot,
make sure the product following the relative standard.
